A spin-off would be awesome. Especially, if it was on when we have down-time from The Walking Dead. I hate the gaps between seasons and midseasons.
I gave up after season 2, not because I didn’t like the show, I just LOVED the Kirkman comic series instead. I started reading and just fell in love with the stories in there.
To be honest, I’d love more books and games. They’re way more invested in terms of time spent and TV is pretty redundant in my mind.
I would really like to see the spinoff set in a different climate. I want to know how the walkers and survivors would deal with snow and the cold.
I don’t think she could be anymore annoying.
Caprica, anyone?
Walking Dead: Los Vegas, Walking Dead: Miami, Walking Dead: Detroit….oh, wait…that one’s more of a documentary…
I really couldn’t care less what caused it. The characters and how they deal with impossible choices and situations is what makes this show great. I’ll give this spinoff thing a chance, obviously, but I’m having trouble envisioning how it will work.
Yes we need it year round.
as long as Chris hosts the after show there is always more room for more zombies
is the video working for anyone?
The spin off has to be different enough from the original to justify its existence, otherwise it’s more of the same. With that in mind, hell yes, the spin off should focus more on the mythology of the world than on characters. Consider the Criminal Mind spin off from a few seasons ago. CBS execs said that one failed because it was too similar to the original version and didn’t do anything to stand out and make itself unique (or words to that effect). The TWD spin off needs something to make it different from the original, so why not focus on the mythology for that?
It should be an Anthology about the back stories to the zombies we have seen
That would be interesting. But Michael is right. It really should focus more on what is going on in the world and how this all started in the first place. Also, If the spin off was just back stories to all the zombies, the writers would not be able to create enough character development to make us love the characters in the show; the show would die off quick.
I would love for it to happen at the beginning of the zombie apocalypse and show how normal people would deal with the transition between life as we know it and the way the world is for Rick and the other characters on the main show.
YEAH we NEEEEED a spin off, but it should happen in Iceland, as everyone knows we are Zompie-proof #JustSaying
OR Zombie even
Damn those Zompies. So bad, but SOOO delicious.
Your video is always choppy…it sure would be nice to have the A/V actually synced…
The video played fine. Get a better internet connection.
could try to watch it on something other than a toaster.
