Two New Clips From Tomorrow’s 24: LIVE ANOTHER DAY

The following contains spoilers for Hour 4:00PM-5:00PM and mild spoilers of Hour 5:00PM-6:00PM of 24: Live Another Day. Events occur in whatever time you read it.

When last we left special agent extraordinaire Jack Bauer, the man had just been given permission by President Heller to go into the field with disgraced C.I.A. operate Kate Morgan to find an arms dealer that might have a connection to the woman holding London hostage with 10 unmanned U.S. tactical drones, Margot Al-Harazi. Now, with Margot’s daughter, Simone, in the hospital after getting hit by a bus, Jack might have the opportunity he needs to bring everything to an end… that is, if Margot doesn’t blow him and Simone up with a missile strike first.

Someone is totally out of the running for mother of the year.

We have to say, once Heller and Jack got back together, 24: Live Another Day has seriously taken off into being something special. It was as if the hostage crisis episode opened the floodgates and all the intensity the series had been holding back on in the first few episodes was set free. Since then, it’s been a glorious ride.

In the promos for Monday’s episode, it seems we’re being promised a few chase sequences involving Jack and a drone missile, and honestly, that’s totally fine with us because if there’s one thing Jack is good at, it’s getting out of impossibly unwinnable situations. That’s what makes him the most badass counter-terrorist agent ever.

24: Live Another Day airs Mondays at 9/8c on Fox.
