Hello, Game of Thrones fans! This post contains the minor-est of spoilers in regards to the last two episodes of season six. If you consider a sentence of information—and wild speculation—to be potential enjoyment-ruiners for you, we suggest you turn away from this post now. Thanks!

Alright, Game of Thrones fans: the battle of the bastards is nearly upon us. Can you believe we’re a mere two episodes away from this season’s end? (We know, we’re not ready, either.) And though we were prepared to go into the final two installments of the sixth season with barely any information or knowledge after HBO stated they would not send out the customary descriptions and teaser photos… That was, until, they kinda-sorta did send out some descriptions—just not at all in a place they probably thought anyone would find it.

Thankfully, the very astute observers over at Reddit did some sleuthing and realized that there were, in fact, some officially sanctioned words describing the episodes up and out there in the world. Because, you see, the final two episodes were submitted for Emmy consideration, meaning there’s a barely-sentence about each of them giving us the teensiest, tiniest bit of insight, ever.

Y’all ready for this?

First up, the description for “Battle of the Bastards” reveals some interesting details:

“Terms of surrender are rejected and accepted.” So, there are terms of surrender that are rejected and then accepted. What do we think they are? The transfer of Winterfell into Sansa’s control and Rickon’s safe return? Or could it be more nefarious than that—say, Ramsay insisting Rickon won’t die if they return Sansa to Winterfell to rule by his side as Wardeness of the North? At this point, Ramsay’s audaciousness wouldn’t surprise us, but we’re more inclined to believe Jon Snow’s the one dishing out terms.

Either way, we’re pretty sure Rickon’s going to die. (If he wasn’t already flayed and set aflame before Jon and Sansa even get there.)

Now, onto the finale:

“Cersei faces her trial.” Looks like the finale is going to be ALL about Cersei which—if you tuned into Monday’s episode of All Kings Considered—makes us quite happy. Namely because we’re firmly in the camp of folks who believe Cersei’s going to, either accidentally or otherwise, burn all of King’s Landing to the ground with Wildfire.
