There’s 8-bit music, and then there’s Game Boy music. This video’s been making the rounds in the last few days; the music here isn’t 8-bit, it’s percussion, with button clicks and twanging the battery contacts and playing the back of the device with brushes. A little goes a long way, and you could say that the Game Boy is incidental (you could use other items to make the same kind of sounds), but someone thought of it, recorded it, and now there’s this:
