As we trek ever closer to the May 17th release date, a brand new Star Trek Into Darkness teaser trailer has been beamed up into the Internet for your viewing pleasure. Though it features some of the juicy details we’ve already seen in our day at Bad Robot and in the nine minutes of pre-Hobbit footage, this trailer has more Kirk on the Enterprise per capita than anything we’ve seen yet. They really set up Kirk and John Harrison’s (Benedict Cumberbatch) feud, so we’re excited to see just what will shake out and whether or not we’ll all be shouting “Khaaaaaan!” in the theater lobby afterwards.

Interesting. Not my favorite trailer for ITD. The SWvii trailer that played after it was amazing. Still, can’t wait for new Trek!
I disagree with CJ, I’ll go see the movie ASAP but a tad more of what the heck is going on in the movie would have been nice
I’m glad that they only reveal so much, because I don’t need to see too much of what is going to occur in this film …. its nice to see the character Captain Christopher Pike (now Rear-Admiral Pike) is still involved (& I feel actor Bruce Greenwood is doing a fine job in this role)
Thanks for posting this! I am extremely excited for this new movie! Already have my sneak peek tickets to see it 2 days early!!! I am still of the opinion that it is Gary Mitchell as the bad guy… But will find out.
