This Week at NerdMelt Showroom: Mo Show, Greg Proops, Beta Test, and more!

NerdMelt Showroom

Congratulations, you survived Valentine’s Day. You’re happy. Everyone is happy. Even happy is happy. Well, let’s keep the happy rolling. This week at NerdMelt Showroom at Meltdown Comics in Los Angeles promises to be full of happy, with shows like the Mo Show with Mo Welch, Greg Proops doing a live Smartest Man in the World Proopcast, the debut of Beta Test, and more!

February 15th at 7pm it’s The Mo Show with Mo Welch!

The Mo Show is an hour long evening chat show packed with stand up comedy, guests and videos all hosted by Mo Welch!

Featuring special guests: Beth Stelling, Baron Vaughn, Mollie Merkel, Joshua G, David Dineen Porter, Candy Lawrence, and Alex and Mela Lee of Magnolia Memoir!

February 15th at 9pm it’s Greg Proops The Smartest Man In The World Proopcast!

It’s just Greg Proops and you. There’s no fan fare. Proops takes center stage at small table and chair setup with a single microphone. Then he’s off. An hour of great conversation that flies by at a break neck clip. He crams the feeling of a great two-way conversation into the lecture-style format of a one-way conversation.

Part professorial, part crazed comedian, Proops forms the show around his talent and passions. The show flows like a love letter to tangents. The Proopcast has been to Australia, New Zealand, Montreal, London, Edinburgh, Austin, Cleveland, San Francisco and off the coast of St. Martin in the Caribbean all in one year. Now you must fall.

Be there and experience joy for once in your life.

It’s a different show every time and it’s every week. Lucky us! Playing Dungeons and Dragons? It’s happened. Dan Harmon freestyle rapping? Yup, that too. Calling Chevy Chase from stage? Happened…more than once. A celebrity guest? Allison Brie, Donald Glover, and Gillian Jacobs among others have all stopped in. Getting super personal with an intimate audience? Always.
