This Week at NerdMelt Showroom!

It’s October, which means it’s gourd-pickin’ season! Don’t just settle for pumpkins, go hog wild! Then check out the amazing shows this week at NerdMelt Showroom!

Friday at 7:30 is What Do You Know? SUPERHEROES!

Look! Up in the sky! It’s a bird… It’s a plane!… It’s… It’s… The only quiz show that gives more points for being funny than for being right! And put on your cape because on October 5th, this s#*^ is going up, up, and away with an entire show devoted to superheroes!

Hosted by Steve Frech, we’ll be playing all new rounds like “Not So Greatest American Hero,” “Shark Repellent Bat Spray,” “Hero Complex,” and more that will explore everything you never knew that you wanted to know about your favorite spandex-clad crime fighters! It’s clobbering time! Panelists: Rob English, Ron Funches, Lindsay Hollister, and Clinton Pickens!

Friday at 9:00 is Horrible Movie Night!

It’s Horrible Movie Night’s third birthday! That’s a lot of movies we’ve riffed, roasted, and summarily eviscerated. To celebrate, we will be presenting a special secret movie. Showing this film could quite possibly expose us to lawsuits, public censure, and grievous bodily harm, but it will definitely result in extreme hilarity. We’ve dared not show this gobsmackingly hilarious turd up until now, and we promise you’ll be glad we did.

Your hosts for the evening, John Mathot (Disney’s Phineas & Ferb) and Susan Wright (The Because Show podcast), with special improv guests, will riff along with you live as you fend off the hilarious horror that is our special birthday movie. You simply cannot miss it!

$8 in advance, $10 at the door!

Saturday at 8:00 is Under The Bed: A Real Horror Show! Art Opening!

What lived under your bed as a child? Could it still be there? A brave group of artists dare to breathe life back into the ghouls, goblins and monsters that haunted them from under their beds.

Walk among us with your best ghoul attire for this artistic celebration of creatures that go bump in the night. There will be witches’ brew, games to play, and spells to cast. The exhibit runs through the 19th. Curated by Danielle N. Kramer and Aaron H. Baker.
