Do you remember Dance Dance Revolution? Well, video game streamer Staiain’s skills at StepMania–an open-source DDR clone–are for real, as he showed off during an amazing speedrun at this year’s Awesome Games Done Quick charity video game streaming marathon.

There’s a significant difference between how Staiain plays the game and how it was intended to be enjoyed: The game started off in the form of arcade machines with dance pads on which you step to hit the corresponding arrows at the correct time, but this guy uses his fingers on a keyboard. That might sound like some of the challenge is taken away, but we can assure you that what this man does with a keyboard is not easy.

Above is an archived video of his run from last week, and holy moly do his fingers move fast. If he was writing this article, it probably would have been finished in about 20 seconds. Skip ahead to about 18 minutes into the video to see where things get really lit, because it’s at that point where even as spectators, we have a hard time processing what the correct inputs should be, all while a real life actual human is doing them.
