  1. NerdofNoir says:

“I’d sure wanna help my mother but with my two crippled feet what could I do? They used to put velcro pants on me and I’d roll around on the carpeting to help clean up.”

Played that back ten times, tears in my eyes.

  2. Benjamin says:

I am 23, in college, and i haven’t heard of half of the people on the show (ashamed), But I love the show, and feel like i know them afterwards and that why the show is awesome.

  3. Tim says:

You’re not the only one, Murphy! I was like, “Todd is friends with Geoff Tate? Crazy!”

  4. Murphy1d says:

I must be the only one wishing that Todd Glass was friends with the lead singer of Queensryche. Oh well, have to settle for Chris Hardwick and Cake then. LOL

  5. Scott says:

I love your podcast! Thank you for doing it!

I think there are 2 ways people could take the Beverly Hills oscars joke.

    1) Stereotyping against black people.

    2) A commentary on sociopolitics in America where discrimination and other factors has led to very little social mobility and many neighborhoods remain segregated along race lines.

Summed up in the past by Sarah Silverman as the difference of, ‘are you being racist or are you making fun of racism’. (And obviously this could also apply to many things other than racism too).

I think shows like South Park sometimes get too much credit for being the latter. (Not saying they don’t have a right to make whatever jokes they want but I think they are sometimes given too much credit for making a critique when they were really at times just making a cheap joke).

  6. Darren Elmore says:

I was at the show tonight in Vancouver…nearly too much fun. Go on Saturday if you can.

  7. Bill says:

Yes, Katie IS cute. That’s all.
