I want to say that I don’t like it when the comedy turns to political stuff. I listen to political talk radio and I do it when I want to. When I want to laugh I turn to Todd Glass and other Nerdist shows. While I understand that most people in Hollywood have a different opinion then me I still want to hear what you guys have to say about everything else. I just always find it a let down when I have to listen to my favorite comedian tell me why I am stupid and throw me under the category of a hateful person just because I think something like the Tea Party is a good thing. There are some bad apples in the Tea Party I am sure of it. But I am not one of them and even if you say your not including me into that extremist category I still feel like I am thrown into that category because you use words like “all” of the Tea Party instead of “some” of the Tea Party.
I will agree with the argument that Christine Odonell should have answered the question she is stupid. But at the same time I don’t think here actions define what all the Tea Party people are including myself. I don’t give a crap if Gay people get married. I just don’t think its right to sue a church or someone whose religious beliefs say its wrong. I am just an average guy that thinks all religions and opinions should be respected and Its wrong to judge someone who we have no idea how are what brought them to there belief. I think this country is messed up and I honestly believe that the tea party is here to try and make it right. I have friends that are liberal and I wouldn’t hang out with them if they told me I was stupid for believing what I believe we all respect each other and just don’t talk about it because its pointless.
I still want to listen to your show because I am a fan. But if you seriously don’t want people that have different opinions listening to your show like you have said before in previous Podcast’s I will then respect that statement and stop. Like you care if I stopped. 🙂

That fact that I do not agree with your views on gay marriage do not make me an idiot or someone full of hate. I am simply an average guy with a differing opinion. It seems hypocritical of you that I respect your beliefs and yet you do not respect mine as displayed by your third podcast. I have really become a fan over the past year and I did listen to all three of your new podcasts. We should be able to laugh at ourselves and well as making fun of others. Just be careful when irreverent humor turns in to biased social commentary.
First heard about Chris Hardwick through Comedy & Everything Else, and now my darling nerdist network produces this. The circle is complete and holy fuck this show is great.

This podcast is already hitting its stride. That Sanford and Son walk off music bit last week was hilarious. Funniest new podcast since “Daves of Thunder” ? I think so.
