The Official PlayStation 4 U.S. Launch Game Lineup

Today the PlayStation Blog released an ultimate FAQ that answered 160 burning questions about the PlayStation 4. We learned that the PS4 will allow up to sixteen local profiles to be stored on each PS4 with up to four of those being logged in simultaneously. We also learned that the PS4 cannot play externalized MP3s and lacks the ability to support connected external hard drive storage. But aside from all of this technical mumbo jumbo, the important thing is that now we know which games will launch on November 15, 2013 alongside the PlayStation 4.

First-Party titles from Sony Computer Entertainment Worldwide Studios

Knack
Killzone Shadow Fall
Resogun
Sound Shapes
Flower

Third-Party titles

Angry Birds Star Wars
Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag
Battlefield 4
Call Of Duty Ghost
DC Universe Online
FIFA 14
Injustice: Gods Among Us Ultimate Edition
Just Dance 2014
Lego Marvel Super Heroes
Madden NFL 25
NBA 2K14
Skylanders SWAP Force

Indie titles

Contrast
Pinball Arcade
Super Motherload
Tiny Brains
Warframe

That’s 22 games that will be available for U.S. PS4 buyers on launch day. Friendly reminder: PlayStation Plus members automatically get the games Resogun and Contrast for free. Seeing how PlayStation Plus is required to play most titles online, I’m pretty sure everyone will be jumping on that bandwagon sooner or later. Which of these are you going to be picking up first? Let us know in the comments.

kind of underwhelmed at this list. Also disappointed that PS4 will not play PS3 games.
