The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day 1/30/14: Audiobooks Read By You

People, or rather the click baiters of the Internet, are obsessed with Jennifer Lawrence giving the wardrobe department on American Hustle a hard time for frequently eating Doritos. If you dare read or have read that story, realize that you’re contributing to more stories like that being written and further perpetrating the reality television version of journalism. Even in trying to comment on it here, I shrug in having to reference it, since some of you will surely go check if this is a real thing, giving more credence to a pointless level of celebrity obsession. Do something more productive with your time, like watching The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day and laugh while you’re probably at work, not working.

Today’s MIFV is submitted by Above Average‘s web series Thingstarter, a satirical take on Kickstarter, where, in this episode, they’re looking for money to make audiobooks that would be read by you (because of course you want to be further removed from the act of reading).

Here’s the previous MIFV pick, in case you missed it.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the MIFV like the one featured above. I love finding new, hilarious videos from people hundreds and thousands of miles away, so please do send your videos so long as they follow the rules below.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected] with subject line “MIFV Submission”
-Videos must have been posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) within exactly two weeks from when you submit (i.e. videos uploaded more than 14 days from the day when you submit will not be up for consideration)
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link
