The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day 1/20/14: OUR ROBOCOP REMAKE

The richest 85 people in the world reportedly represent as much as half of the globe’s wealth, which shouldn’t be surprising, even though it might be a profoundly sad thing to read and process. It does make me wonder how much the 86th, 87th, etc. wealthiest people make, and why they got cut out? Were their billions of dollars a year such a small sliver of that other 85 that they didn’t need it to claim “as much as half of the globe’s wealth”? I’m sure if they feel bad about being excluded from the statistic, they could go console themselves in a pile of hundred dollar bills several feet high. While none of you reading this are probably anywhere near as rich as those aforementioned 85, you do have The Most Intentionally Funny Video of The Day here to watch to ease the feeling of really being broke.

Today’s MIFV is a trailer for a crowdsourced remake of RoboCop, appropriately titled Our Robocop Remake, that promises to do a better job of sabotaging the franchise than a Hollywood studio can.

Here’s the previous MIFV pick, in case you missed it.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the MIFV like so many featured in the past. I love finding new, hilarious videos from people hundreds and thousands of miles away, so please do send your videos so long as they follow the rules below.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected] with subject line “MIFV Submission”
-Videos must have been posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) within exactly two weeks from when you submit (i.e. videos uploaded more than 14 days from the day when you submit will not be up for consideration)
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link
