Jonah Ray (Jonah Raydio, The Nerdist, comedy) flips the script on Kurt and blindfolds him, throws him in his car and drives him somewhere he’s never been. Along the way they talk about local commercial jingles and the repercussions of talking about your life on stage, while Kurt breaks his audio recorder with his butt.

Oh shit it’s Jonah Ray he’s the bbbeeeeeessssssssstttttttttttt!!!
I’m coming out to LA for the Podcast Festival (lapodfest.com) and I plan on visiting a few of the places explored on Get Lost. Definitely the old LA Zoo and the Sunken City featured in this episode. Thanks Kurt and Jonah!
This is one of the best episodes you’ve done.
And if Jonah reads this, I miss Jonah Raydio.
This one is definitely a favorite. Kurt’s enthusiastic joy of exploring the sunken city, Jonah’s clear affection for the area and the budding bro-mance it all made a really great episode. And now I picture Jonah as Ben Wyatt from Parks & Rec with his irrational fear of cops.
Maybe do the reverse reverse get lost? Now you take someone who is fairly new to LA to the same spot Jonah took you?
just you wait. I got another get lost coming next tuesday and it will make you shit your pants. Just recorded it with Dan St Germain.
Get Lost continues to be my favorite K Ohle format. Today’s episode keeps up that streak. Now I really wanna check out the sunken city.
Totally agree with Andy about this episode. Work is gonna be rough on me for a while, and K Ohle is one of the things that helps make it bearable.
I really like the idea of the reverse “Get Lost.” My suggestion is get Kristin Schall to take you on one!
thanks for listening everyone. I really appreciate the kind words.
This was great! I would never live in LA but I am so jealous of people who do. I dont know what sense that makes….but that is how I feel
I can’t exactly articulate why, but listening to this episode really made my day and I just wanted to say thanks to Kurt and Jonah.
Point Fermin! I used to live near there.
I don’t want to be the guy who says Bruce Gutter is just a lower register lumpy space princess…
Oh god! I’ve become what I hate!
The return of Bruce Gutter!
