I went to Auschwitz this summer too. It is a profound experience. Though in my case, I was in Krakow for my homeboy JP II, didn’t have to do a 9 hour drive. Actually, I wasn’t there for everyone’s third favorite Pope. I do have a feeling Krakow is the next big hip European destination, after Berlin, Prague and now Budapest…
