If you have time today to watch this video, it could be the most important three minutes and 59 seconds of your life. Surgery is no joke—when it comes to the complex combination of a 3 Musketeers bar and a Kit Kat, it takes an iron will and complete concentration.

In this video, The Food Surgeon showcases the intensity of performing a “Spinal Kit Kat Implantation in a 3 Musketeers.” In case you wanted to check up on this doctor’s history, this is the same Food Surgeon responsible for videos including Cookie Reassignment Surgery and Avocado In Vitro Fertilization. You may want a second opinion.

Using a scalpel, he cuts off the wrapper, slices off one stick of Kit Kat, then goes for the 3 Musketeers wrapper in similar fashion. When cutting the 3 Musketeers, he slices the back into pieces, making them easy to remove. A professional move; only a novice would try to rip off the piece in it’s entirety. Clearly this surgeon knows what he’s doing.

After the fluffy center is partially removed, the Kit Kat piece is inserted, backing reapplied, and the surgery is complete. The video even offers a link to surgical notes.

Post-surgery, the patient is eaten… okay, this is getting weird.

While I applaud The Food Surgeon for wearing a full set of scrubs and gloves during the procedure, I would’ve appreciated a more sterile cutting surface. Those dirty deep cutting board grooves scream of a possible future malpractice suit.
