The 5 Most Intentionally Funny Videos This Week 11/20

Whether you’re hopelessly entangled in the whirlwind supernatural romance or you’re a preening cynical person who can’t stand it, the Twilight Saga has undoubtedly divided us as a people. I don’t have a solution, but you can try to forget this division for a moment with The 5 Most Intentionally Funny Videos This Week, free of any Twilight humor.

1. Pete Holmes, Matt McCarthy, Oren Brimer, and Alison Becker serve up another fantastic Batman parody of The Dark Knight Rises without it being about Bane’s voice.

2. Conan O’Brien reviews Hitman: Absolution and while he’s clueless about playing it, he’s brilliant at video game commentary.

3. Matt Micucci (Brother of Kate Micucci of Garfunkel & Oates) sings the best Thanksgiving song ever.

4. Dan St. Germain is hilarious, especially when he’s getting forcefully thrown out of whatever situation he’s in like in his web series Kicking Dan Out.

5. From Third String Kicker, here’s an accurate portrayal of why you shouldn’t break up through puppets.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the 5 MIFV every week. Same rules still apply.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected] with subject line “5 MIFV Submission”
-Submit by the end of the upcoming Monday (which would be 11/26)
-Videos must be posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) between now 11/20 and the end of Monday 11/26
-Don’t add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link.

  1. Mickey says:

No, Carter. It’s a section that picks 5, recently released, funny videos. It’s a funny video. Apparently you don’t get this. And if they do promote the people in their family does it really offend you? Do you feel cheated? Are you five?

  2. Carter says:

Anyone else detect a little bit of Nerdist-family-of-podcasts favoritism in Pete Holmes’ video being selected here?
