You probably are worried about the possible incoming zombie apocalypse with all the news out of Florida. Take a healthy dose of this week’s 5 Most Intentionally Funny Videos as a stress reliever*.
(*5 MIFV doesn’t promise to cure you of any “zombie” disease should you get infected)
1. Eugene Mirman gave not a heart wrenching, but more of a gut-busting commencement speech at his Alma Mater of Hampshire College.
2. The hysterical Katie Crown takes the concept of interviews to a whole other level with Treeterviews.
3. One of Channel 101’s (Dan Harmon and Rob Schrab’s monthly short form TV tournament screening series) top finishers, Oh Shit! from Mike McCafferty and Mike Manasewitsch, has an “oh-shit” saying obsessed host running into dark wizards organ hungry in the hearts of the suburbs.
4. Garfunkel & Oates latest song, “29/31”, shows that you might still not know what adulthood is about even at 29, though you might know 2 years later at 31.
5. College Humor had an entire night where they stayed in their offices coming up with videos. The result: a Mexican Stand-off Extravaganza.
Per usual, Iâm taking submissions for the 5 MIFV. Same rules still apply.
-E-mail embeddable video link to [email protected]
-Submit by the end of Monday (which would be 6/4)
-Videos must be posted online (i.e. have a time stamp that says so) between now 5/29 and the end of Monday 6/4
-Donât add any cover letters or explanations; please just send the link
G & O, you keep getting better and better–your ideas are amazing. I may have cracked a rib laughing. Thank you!
OH SHIT!
