Editor’s Note: This post contains spoilers for The CW’s show: The 100. Proceed with caution â don’t say we didn’t warn ya!
Ever since The 100‘s third season wrapped up back in May, we’ve been thinking about the explosive finale and what it means for the future of the show. Like the show’s first two seasons, The 100‘s last episode set up what the characters would be faced with once season four returns in 2017. This time, they’re up against something unstoppable. Earth is on the brink of nuclear meltdown and Clarke (Eliza Taylor) must find a way to save everyone. How they’re going to deal with the situation is anyone’s guess at this point.
Luckily, during our time at San Diego Comic-Con, we got a chance to ask all the hard questions with some of our favorite characters: Eliza Taylor (Clarke), Marie Avgeropoulos (Octavia), Christopher Larkin (Monty), Richard Harmon (Murphy), Henry Ian Cusick (Kane), and executive producer Jason Rothenberg. How will Clarke deal with the impending apocalypse? What is Octavia going to do now that she’s killed Pike?
It sounds like we’re going to have quite the season next year. One of the biggest updates that came out of the show’s SDCC panel was that actor Zach McGowan (who plays Roan) is getting bumped to series regular this season, which means he’ll be playing a bigger role this season. We can’t wait to see what happens.
