Goodrich Gevaart

Terrified #62: Goodrich Gevaart

Goodrich Gevaart is a stand-up comic in Chicago.  He and Dave discuss mental illness and emotional problems, and what it takes to eradicate them.  Goodrich is afraid that, despite all his hard work, he’ll never be better, and they discuss that fear at length.  They both love punk rock, and they talk about how much they both love punk rock, especially when punk rock is nice.  Anna Seregina comes back at the end to talk a little more about self-loathing.

  1. Ian says:

Have you heard my new alt-core post-screamo band, “Before the Dog Murder”?

    • Ian says:

With, of course, the hit single “One Less Dog.”

(Seriously, though, awesome episode. Just started listening a few weeks ago, and there’s something incredibly comforting about hearing people talk about struggling with problems and the ways they deal with them, even if I don’t have the same problems.)

  2. Marco Olivares says:

This show is good. Seriously. You are creating a very positive thing. Thank you for that. And it’s really nice to hear that you fucking love your show. That’s awesome. Best wishes man.
