SUPERGIRL Stuntwoman Dominated the AMERICAN NINJA WARRIOR Course Again

We’d be intrigued by a Supergirl stuntwoman taking on the American Ninja Warrior course while draped proudly in a Wonder Woman costume no matter what the outcome of her efforts. But when she consistently manages to make the course look easy, we aren’t merely intrigued. We are downright awed.

It was just last month, during the show’s qualifying round in Los Angeles, that professional stuntwoman Jessie Graff finished her run, advancing to the L.A. finals. While that was impressive enough, this run was even better (even though she technically didn’t finish).

She may have fallen near the end during something that looks like an old Vincent Price torture device, but she was the first person during the L.A. finals to get past the brutal “Wedge” part of the run, qualifying her for the big finals to come in Las Vegas. The first half of the course may look the same as the one she finished last month, but it is incrementally harder. Yet, she made it look like an actual walk in the park. And no, it isn’t supposed to look easy. Humans shouldn’t be able to nonchalantly run up that curved wall like we’re spiders.

What’s really remarkable about watching her is that not only is she incredibly strong, she has complete control of her body. Seeing her calmly and expertly go through each section means we are getting a chance to see a world-class athlete do something that might as well make her an actual superhero.

No wonder (woman) she’s the Supergirl stuntwoman.

We’ll be keeping an eye out and rooting hard for her in the Vegas finals.

What part of the course do you think is the hardest? Tell us in the comments below.
