This Tattoo Artist Has Inked STAR WARS Characters from Yoda to Sebulba

The Star Wars universe has more side and background characters than I can remember without consulting a book. Fans latch onto the minor characters—an anthology about the ones in A New Hope is coming this fall—and collect merch or get tattoos featuring them. Australia-based tattoo artist Kate Green has inked more than a few of those secondary characters in her ten years of applying permanent art at a shop or while at Star Wars Celebration, and I love seeing her takes on Sebulba from The Phantom Menace alongside Yoda.

Scroll on down to the gallery below to see more of Kate’s work. You’ll find Kit Fisto, Sidon Ithan, a.k.a. the Crimson Corsair, the Millennium Falcon and much more. To keep up with all the ink she applies, follow her on Instagram. If you’re itching to book an appointment with her, you’ll find her email address at Instagram, too. If you’ve received ink from Kate already, please share photos with us on Twitter: @nerdist/@amy_geek.

If you have nerdy ink on your skin or you’re a tattoo artist that applies pop culture, STEM, music, or other nerd-inspired ink (tl;dr: I want to see basically all of the tattoos) on a regular basis, then please hit me up because I’d like to highlight you in a future Inked Wednesday gallery. I’m especially interested if you have a sleeve or other large tattoo. You can get in touch with me via email at [email protected]. Send me photos of the tattoos you’d like me to feature (the higher resolution, the better) and don’t forget to let me know the name of your tattoo artist if you have it, as well the name of the shop he or she works out of. If you are the tattoo artist, give me links to your portfolios and/or Instagram accounts so I can share them with our readers.
