In all likelihood, if and when a Boba Fett “Star Wars Story” movie gets made, the lead role will be recast with a relatively famous face–Michael Fassbender is one name that has been batted around, though nothing ever came of it. But Daniel Logan, who played the bounty hunter as a boy in Attack of the Clones, is still game to continue, and as if to prove it, he’s getting his own adult Boba Fett costume made. We should point out that this is custom, and not some kind of secret fitting for the Han Solo movie. If such a thing existed, he’d never be allowed to post it on social media.
On Instagram, Logan posted an early look at how the un-armored part looks on him. And we’d have to say it looks very familiar.
Whatever you thought of Logan’s casting at the time, it’s starting to look extremely prescient, as the kid has grown more and more into a young Temuera Morrison look-alike. If resemblance is one of the major casting criteria, Lucasfilm definitely needs to give him a shot. And since Logan has continued to voice Fett on the Clone Wars animated series, his voice alone obviously works for them too.
Would you want to see Logan take over the role in any future Star Wars live-action project? Your comments are worth a lot to us, so post some in the “cargo hold” below!
