A new and shiny Millennium Falcon. Gorgeous capes and fabrics. The first trailer and first batch of images for Solo: A Star Wars Story show some grime and dangerous situations, sure, but they also showcase glitz. One photo in particular shows Emilia Clarke‘s Qi’ra and Alden Ehrenreich‘s Han holding what I’m calling space wine in a classy looking lounge.

The space wine glasses have shiny silver stems, and you can replicate them at home with any ol’ wine glass.
Supplies
- Wine glass
- Ruler, scissors, pencil
- Double-sided tape
- Silver foil paper (I used a 12 inch by 12 inch piece of Recollections scrapbooking paper)
Measure the distance from the base of the wine glass to the bottom of the wine glass. Mine was 3.5 inches.
Cut a strip of the silver foil paper equal to your measurement. I cut a 3.5 inch strip.
Wrap the strip around the base of the wine glass and draw a line where the paper ends meet each other. Cut the strip, apply double-sided tape to one end, and firmly press the ends together. Tada, space wine glasses!
Pour your favorite pink, purple, and blue beverages into the glasses and enjoy.
What would you serve in your Solo space wine glasses? If you make these, share a picture with us on Twitter.
