I just entered a relationship that’s been long-distance from the start, and will probably be long-distance for a while. Learning how to cope with the situation has been difficult for me, and I’ve found many online resources to be boring, uncreative, or even negative. Super adorable. I hate the idea of long distance, but they had some great tips for keeping it together.
OMG! Lots of “warm fuzzies” after listening to this week’s episode. I to have been in a long distance relationship that didn’t work out. But that is only because I lacked the maturity and focus that your two guest have. Anyways, very sweet episode that was very inspiring!
Man, talk about adorably sickeningly cute. Their life is a freaking RomCom. I can say from personal experience that hearing “nothing’s going on” wouldn’t have helped me, as it was a blatant lie. I will also say that as a general rule for me (can’t speak for others) in a long distance relationship the one thing I hated hearing more than anything else was “I’m talking to people about you” because it immediately made me self-conscious and defensive about these people I didn’t know hearing about who knows what.
Regardless of my personal long-distance hangups, this was a great episode and made me laugh a lot. Go team fun!
