We’re just about a week out from San Diego Comic-Con. Are you ready? This is the time to examine the schedule and start prioritizing what you want to stand in line for. You’ll be able to see plenty of panels for television, including panels for some of the shows mentioned in today’s TV-Cap. Suit Up. Season two of The Flash brought Wally West, and since he was introduced, people have been wondering whether he would gain super speed. Now, we have an answer. Keiynan Lonsdale will play Kid Flash at some point in season three, and we have a good look at him in the red and yellow costume. Since the series seems to be following the “Flashpoint” story, it might mean West is permanently one with the Speed Force… or it could be temporary. [Nerdist, Images: The CW]
New Boss. Cat Grant has selected a new editor-in-chief for CatCo Magazine, and his name is Snapper Carr. The character will appear in season two of Supergirl in a recurring capacity, and Ian Gomez is slated to play him. [TVLine]
Roll Back the Clock. Stranger Things will premiere on Netflix on July 15, and the mysterious/supernatural series is set in the ’80s. That means all sorts of retro delights, and Clarke took them in when she visited the set. Read her report here at Nerdist.

Let It Grow. When Oliver Queen was discovered on the island way back in season one, he had long shaggy hair. He maintained that look in most of the flashbacks—until last season. But, season five of Arrow will see Ollie donning the longer ‘do, and Stephen Amell shared a photo of the look. [ComicsAlliance]

Mutant Report. It appears that Fox is embracing the Marvel universe with a new X-Men action-adventure series. Writer Matt Nix is working on the as yet untitled series about “two ordinary parents who discover their children possess mutant powers. Forced to go on the run from a hostile government, the family joins up with an underground network of mutants and must fight to survive.” Fox has placed a put pilot commitment for the show. Serious Talent. Jessie Graff, you know, Supergirl’s stuntwoman, came back to American Ninja Warrior for the finals and she rocked it and qualified for the next round–while dressed as Wonder Woman.
