In regards to turning oneself into a pickle, Rick and Morty‘s wise Rick Sanchez once said, “The reason anyone would do this, if they could. Which they can’t. Would be because they could, which they can’t.” It is, as far as we can tell, completely true. We can’t turn ourselves into pickles. We lack the genius-level intellect and know we wouldn’t be able to create the rat/roach survival mech needed to succeed in life. Thankfully, there’s now a way to harmlessly express our inner pickles with these Pickle Rick t-shirts from Funko!
While Funko lays claim to roughly 2000% of our available shelf space with their various vinyl collectibles, they now seek to take over our closets and dresser drawers with these shirts. A recent post on their site announced these two t-shirts that celebrate everyone’s favorite briny mad scientist. The above shows the Funko Pop!-ized (totally a term) version of Pickle Rick among his sewer-dwelling vermin foes, and the one below gives onlookers a glimpse at pickle anatomy class with a Vitruvian Man meets pickle design.
Both Rick and Morty Pop! shirts will be available this winter from wherever you purchase Funko merch.
And while these two shirts are incredibly awesome, they pale in comparison to the exclusive Pickle Rick shirt that Funko had made for New York Comic Con.
