2013’s space odyssey, Gravity, included all the elements of a blockbuster hit. Heck, the movie was so good, it even scored seven Academy Awards. But in the back of your mind you wondered, “how could the thriller get any better?” The answer: by adding a bit more Superman.
A new alternate opening scene has been “discovered” and features the Man of Steel himself, Superman (played by Christopher Reeve), saving the day. The video was created by YouTuber Krishna Shemoi, who writes, âHard to believe, but Oscar-winning director Alfonso Cuaron (Children of Men) originally shot an opening scene for Gravity that would have radically changed the film. Too bad the brass at Warner Bros. rejected this version.â

umm…Dusty…Christopher Reeves is not retired….he’s dead
A great mash-up!
Duh Doug! Do you think they actually called Christopher Reeve out of life’s retirement to shoot this scene for Gravity only to have it end up on the cutting room floor?

Nice try…it’s a clever editing of certain scenes of “Superman IV” and “Gravity”.
