Rare Original Joe Quesada DAREDEVIL Art Coming to New Jersey Comic Expo (Exclusive)

Before he was the Chief Creative Officer for Marvel Entertainment, Joe Quesada earned legions of fans for his work as the artist behind Marvel’s Man Without Fear, Daredevil. Near the beginning of Quesada’s tenure at Marvel, he helped launch the gritty Marvel Knights line, in which he illustrated an ongoing Daredevil series with Kevin Smith and Jimmy Palmiotti. Then in 2004, after his promotion to Marvel Comics editor-in-chief, Quesada returned to Matt Murdock’s world in the very personal Daredevil: Father, which he both wrote and illustrated. Now fans of Quesada’s work on Ol’ Hornhead are in for a treat because an exclusive gallery is being assembled for one weekend. A private collector has purchased a slate of Quesada’s original artwork, and it will be displayed at New Jersey Comic Expo on November 21-22 in a one-time-only gallery full of Quesada’s Daredevil art.

”I’ve never displayed my Daredevil art anywhere as it’s very personal to me, but felt that fans should have an opportunity to see them,” said the art’s owner in a press release. “Make no mistake, these are not for sale, and this is the only venue that I now plan to show them, so this is a once in a lifetime opportunity event for fans who want to see them.”

New Jersey Comic Expo runs November 21-22. You can pre-order tickets here.
