Pro You Podcast #94: Know Thyself

Wikipedia says:
The Suda, a 10th-century encyclopedia of Greek knowledge, says: “the proverb is applied to those whose boasts exceed what they are”, and that “know thyself” is a warning to pay no attention to the opinion of the multitude. Plato employs the maxim ‘Know Thyself’ extensively by having the character of Socrates use it to motivate his dialogues. Plato makes it clear that Socrates is referring to a long-established wisdom.
On today’s Pro You Podcast Episode #94 it’s another ‘Tom-Solo’ pod #thanxronan as Tom discusses knowing oneself; how he has pursued it & the benefits of that pursuit. Tom shares ‘time & energy’ with a couple young (millennia) trainers & loves that time. Sharing what he does & listening to what they share has been a real teaching/learning exercise; moments of growth & gratitude. Enjoy & as always, thank you for your time & energy!
