It just wouldn’t be San Diego Comic-Con without the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles!

Playmates is offering an exclusive TMNT action figure at this year’s SDCC. For $50, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans will be able to pick up a deluxe, 11” Metal Mutants Leonardo figure.

This Leonardo action figure is based on the version seen in Nickelodeon’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles animated series, and he’s wearing a spacesuit that will allow him to explore Dimension X and let him take the fight back to the Kraang where they live!

As Playmates describes it, Metal Mutants Leonardo has “distinctive silver and blue vacuum metalized space gear, from head to toe,” with fully removable space gear including “an oxygen converter, an alien decryption translator, and pulse boots.” Leonardo’s Katana blades are also included as translucent blue swords.

Back in 1995, Playmates released Metal Mutants figures for all four of the TMNT, and their archenemy Shredder. But the current Metal Mutants figure shares only the name with the previous incarnation of the line.

TMNT fans and collectors will only be able to pick up Metal Mutants Leonardo at the Nickelodeon booth at San Diego Comic-Con’s show floor.
