Jurassic World is storming its way into theaters in just a few short weeks, which means we’ll soon be reunited with all the dinosaurs, big and small, of Jurassic Park. The sequel also stars Chris Pratt and his band of leather jacket wearing, cigarette smoking raptors, and a new big bad dino by the name of Indominus Rex. (Ok, I might be projecting my Jurassic World wishlist with that plot breakdown, but hey — a girl can dream.)
This week, in honor of the upcoming sequel, Hasbro was kind enough to send the Nerdist office a bunch of prehistoric pals to play with — yes, that’s right: dinosaur toys!
The raptor claws were clearly a huge hit.
The new line, due out “Spring 2015,” features the above claws, an Indominus Rex figure, chomping dino hand hand puppets (yes, really), assorted raptors, a Brawlasaurus Versus pack (in which wind-up magnet dinos battle it out), a Hero Mashers hybrid mash pack (where you can make your own hybrid dino), and an adorably tough-looking Tyrannosaurus Rex. Let’s just say almost an entire day was lost to the sounds of dino roars and prehistoric hand puppetry.
Check out the full line-up in our handy little gallery below, and let us know which totally-for-grown-ups toys you most want to play with in the comments below.
