One of America’s most funniest and most dapper comedians, Paul F. Tompkins, may get the chance for most of America to see him on a network sitcom with the news that he’ll be starring in an ABC pilot.
PFT, who you know from pretty much everywhere, including his frequent appearances on The Thrilling Adventure Hour, his web series Speakeasy, and from co-starring with puppets on Fusion’s No, You Shut Up, has been cast opposite SNL alum Molly Shannon in an ABC single camera family comedy pilot executive produced by Brian Gallivan. Tompkins and Shannon will play husband and wife, the new owner-operators of some New Hampshire tourist cottages and parents to six children.
Actually, Nich, the Bible one was Paul F. Tarsus. Easy mix up, happens all the time. But, my word, this is outstanding news.
Paul F is simply one of the humorous people on earth. It’s a fact, I actually think that I read it in the Bible. Good times. Go Paul.
