Oscar Isaac Does His EX MACHINA Dance to All the Songs

In the last 12 months, a strange phenomenon has taken place. It seems that an American actor, Oscar Isaac, has finally begun gaining on British stars Benedict Cumberbatch and Tom Hiddleston, and is inching ever closer to stealing the coveted title of “The Internet’s Boyfriend.” With two huge genre movies under his belt (Star Wars: The Force Awakens and this weekend’s X-Men: Apocalypse) Isaac has earned a special place in the hearts of fanboys and fangirls. But his most irresistible science-fiction film role to date is in a much smaller film: last year’s Ex Machina, directed by Alex Garland.

Isaac’s cruel but brilliant lothario Nathan is the kind of cad one loves to hate, as he oozes charisma at every turn; the most obvious example is in the showstopping dance he performs with one of his companions. Now, one equally brilliant fan has discovered that Isaac’s moves can be applied to almost any dance song one can think of. Check out these samples from Twitter’s Oscar Dances. But be warned: once you start watching these things, you may not be able to stop.

What song would you like to see Oscar dance to first? The Backstreet Boys’ “Everybody (Backstreet’s Back)”?

Maybe the Pointer Sisters’ “I’m So Excited”?

A little something from Broadway’s Hamilton perhaps?

The Kim Possible theme song certainly fits…

And of course Abba’s “Dancing Queen” works…

Was there ever any doubt that Britney Spears’ “Oops, I Did It Again” would sync up?

My favorite (for now), however, is “The Pina Colada” song…

Thanks to Mashable for tipping us off to our latest obsession.
