ORPHAN BLACK Made a Bunch of Hilarious Parody Shows You Need to See

If there’s one thing Orphan Black does well, it’s blend, hat-tip, and immerse themselves in a myriad of entertainment genres. Mystery, conspiracy, horror, science fiction, satire, socio-political commentary, comedy, and drama — all of the things are the parts that make up the OB sum, done with aplomb. So it makes sense that during their San Diego Comic-Con panel, BBC America debuted several very silly, very fun parodies of the many shows that could exist within this single show.

It started out simply enough — you can see the blooper reel in our Conival interview post — with a highlight reel for season three (above), and followed up with increasingly silly takes on the relationships of the series …mostly revolving around Alison and Donnie (because is there anyone funnier than Team Hendrix?).

Like “Me and My Monitor!”:

And their drug-fueled Telenovela, “Las Drogas Del Amor”:

Plus “Seestra Sineestra,” the horror show:

Needless to say, you can chalk all of these up to why we love this show — it doesn’t take itself seriously, unless they’re seriously having fun.

Which video is your favorite? Let us hear it in the comments. Oh and bonus points (POINTS!) to anyone who can come up with a silly/goofy parody video of their own. Clearly, there are more that are begging to be made here (hello, Neolutionists).
