Fans will recall that last week’s episode of Arrow concluded with Roy being drained of most of his blood to help fuel and army of super-powered criminals at the command of Slade. By the time Oliver and the team found him, the red-hoodie wearing vigilante-in-training was very weak and non-responsive. This week’s episode picks up in the aftermath of that event as Roy goes on a mirakuru-induced rampage across Starling City:
