Norman Reedus Pranks Andrew Lincoln in the Sparkliest Way Possible

Anyone on social media knows that the cast members of The Walking Dead have a deep affection for each other. If you follow Norman Reedus, you know he also has a wonderfully puckish sense of humor, sometimes to his costars’ chagrin. Yesterday, we found this gem via the actor’s Instagram account, and it just has to be said: Norman Reedus is diabolical.

Glitter attack successful 😎

A video posted by norman reedus (@bigbaldhead) on

Crafters the world over know that glitter’s sometimes affectionate, sometimes very real, nickname is “herpes of the craft world.” Something tells us that Andrew Lincoln is probably still cursing Reedus’ devilish prank now, days after the fact. Even though the glitter that was stuffed into the air conditioning system of Lincoln’s car is obviously more of the celebratory, and thus larger, variety instead of the kind of sparkly sawdust you might prank your friends with on their birthdays, there’s absolutely no way that it cleaned up easily. One must also ask if this didn’t become a visibility problem over the course of our favorite sheriff’s ride home after filming. But can you blame him for keeping the air conditioner running? It’s usually pretty hot and humid down South when the cast and crew of the show are filming.

The video is pretty short, but please, tell me your favorite part in the comments below? Is it Lincoln’s sweaty and not at all surprised face as he swears about it? Or is it Reedus’ giggling while he films the shenanigans? Regardless, this is exactly the kind of lighthearted internet content we all need today.
