The Next Episode is coming. 

If you played Game of Thrones Episode 1–Iron From Ice and loved it like we did, you’ll be happy to hear that episode 2 is almost here. Telltale Games and HBO announced today that Game of Thrones Episode Two– The Lost Lords is set to release February 3rd on PC, Mac, PlayStation 3, and PlayStation 4. It will hit Xbox 360 and Xbox One the following day. The title will also be making it to compatible android and iOS devices February 5th.

The Lost Lords picks up where Iron From Ice–which released just last month–left off. While the game’s plot is different from the show, it’s connected directly to it and gives player a look at events that happened in between season 3 (right after the red wedding) and season 4. Familiar characters like Cersei Lannister, Tyrion Lannister, Margaery Tyrell, and even the malevolent Ramsay Snow has already showed up in the story that centers around House Forrester and Ironrath.

In addition to the release date, the developer also released a brand new trailer. A recap of the first episode kicks off the video, so if you haven’t gotten your hands on it yet and want to avoid spoilers, watch at your own risk.

By the look of the trailer, it definitely looks like we are in for a treat. As we pointed out in our review, the high stakes world of George R.R. Martin’s Game of Thrones series blends beautifully with Telltale Games’ choice based gameplay. It will be interesting to see where the story leads in the next five episodes.
