Anybody who thought the final entry in The Hunger Games franchise was going to be a walk in the proverbial killing field clearly hasn’t been paying attention. It’s the finale of a political thriller/action series set in a dystopian future where kids have to kill each other for the amusement of people watching at home; they’re a little beyond pleasantries at this point. And from the looks of the eight new character posters for Mockingjay Part 2, it’s going to be all-out war.

Each poster is emblazoned with the gray and rather hard-assed face of a different character, and each of those faces has red warpaint, signifying the violent end to the battle against President Snow, one way or another. Each poster also has the slogan “Panem Unite” written on it, along with “D13,” and “The Revolution is About All Of Us.” Yeah, it’s gonna get messy.

The characters in question are: Katniss (Jennifer Lawrence), Primrose (Willow Shields), Gale (Liam Hemsworth), Whiny-Load Peeta (Josh Hutcherson), Boggs (Mahershala Ali), Cressida (Natalie Dormer), Johanna (Jena Malone), and Finnick (Sam Clafin). So, it looks like even Peeta will be going to war. Or maybe he just likes the look; if you’ll remember, he was big into painting his face from way early on. (Am I being too Anti-Peeta? Do you need to call People for the Ethical Treatment of Peeta?)

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay – Part 2 will be in theaters November 20th, directed by Francis Lawrence.
