New Character Posters From FROM DUSK TILL DAWN: THE SERIES

With its March 11th premiere fast approaching, El Rey, the brand new network from Robert Rodriguez and Univision, is ramping up the campaign on its upcoming adaptation of the cult classic From Dusk Till Dawn. Most recently, we were treated to a stellar trailer and nifty images. Today, fans can get a sweet look at some of the newly reborn characters in some quite red colored posters.

This is one of the first clear shots we’ve gotten of the series version of the Fullers (the family taken hostage by the Geckos in the original film) in action, and boy does Robert Patrick look good as Jacob. Sure, he’s no Harvey Keitel, but considering how capable an actor the man is, I totally bet he made the role his own. It also looks like Don Johnson didn’t do a half bad job adapting the role played by Michael Parks, Ranger Earl McGraw. Point being, this series might just end up being pretty damn good.

Some of us will know sooner rather than later, as the pilot will make its world debut at this year’s SXSW Festival on March 8th.

Keep yourself tuned to Nerdist.com for more From Dusk Till Dawn goodness leading up to its television premiere.
