NEVER NOT FUNNY with Jimmy Pardo Joining Earwolf

The hysterical, whether with or without a lightning fast obscure cultural reference, Jimmy Pardo was a podcasting groundbreaker with Never Not Funny, one of the first and still among the few to actually build up a paying subscriber base. Now, Pardo and co-host Matt Belknap are taking the show to the Earwolf Network and making it free to all.

“We’re thrilled to be in cahoots with Earwolf. NNF + Earwolf = perfect sense,”  says Pardo on the partnership, which should not only make comedy fans also thrilled, but promises a bigger audience for one of the most popular comedy podcasts around. Co-founder and CEO of Earwolf Jeff Ullrich definitely senses that too, adding, “Jimmy and Matt started the comedy podcasting boom, and it’s time the whole world finds out why.”

And so, every Thursday, you’ll be able to hear a new episode of NNF without a subscription.

Now, if you still like paying for NNF, you’ll now be upgraded to having bonus material and exclusive access to video content from NNF as part of “The Never Not Funny Players Club,” which, given the shenanigans they’ve pulled, like Paul F. Tompkins showering himself with money at The Pardcast-a-Thon, is a good bet to be well worth the money.

So take a moment to commemorate this moment in podcast history, then get to binge listening. And go back and watch Write Now! with Jimmy Pardo on the Nerdist Channel, too….

More “Write Now! with Jimmy Pardo” please!

I sense a disturbance in the “Force.” Scott Aukerman is becoming too influential. Surely he has made a bargain with the dark side. Nerdist must gird its loins for battle. (tongue firmly planted in cheek) Love Nerdist, Earwolf, and NNF–hope it brings nothing but positive things to podcasting.
