Someone awesome named Mark Vidler did something awesome with two awesome songs written by two awesome people named John Lennon and Paul McCartney which is awesome. Like, woah.

Earlier this week, the video, “Imagine The Band” emerged from the mist of the internet. Vidler manipulated the tempo of McCartney’s “Band On The Run” and Lennon’s “Imagine” to create one c-c-c-crazy mashup. It’s truly something special and it’s almost astonishing that it hadn’t been done before.
