For my money, “Knorr® French Onion recipe mix” makes a great dip, superior to even Lipton. http://www.letsmakeknorr.com/Recipes/3003/1/French-Onion-Dip.aspx

  2. Cian says:

Honestly, I hate sour cream but my job requires me to stock the stuff. That green and white one is probably Borden’s brand.

  3. Stephanie says:

    Totally agree, Buddydave!! GO MN!!!

  4. Buddydave says:

    Guthrie Theater reference FTW!

  5. sophie says:

breakstones is the only relevant sour cream brand…my ratio is 2.5 to 1 chip to dip ratio

It’s been a really long time since I’ve had onion dip. I love Fun-yuns, though (and before that, and so much more, Wahoos). I need to try it again (or not, depending on your recommendation) soon

Have always loved Lipton Onion Soup dip but, alas, I can no longer eat it as it contains gluten. 🙁 I guess the upside is I won’t run the risk of getting a communicable disease from double dipping. 🙂
