Today’s Most Intentionally Funny Video Of The Day comes from the mind of the hilarious Andre Hyland and his self-proclaimed media mogul character Jesse Miller. Apparently, what “media moguls” do in their free time is pull wheelies and “ghost ride the whip” on a Rascal scooter meant for elderly people.

Per usual, I’m taking submissions for the MIFV like so many featured in the past. I love finding new, hilarious videos from people hundreds and thousands of miles away, so please do send your videos so long as they follow the rules below.
