MEN IN BLACK Gets Invaded by PHINEAS AND FERB in This Crossover

Men in Black and Phineas and Ferb have a lot more in common than you may think—for starters, they’ve each got an adorable animal who leads a double life as a government agent. So why not bridge the gap entirely and create a mash-up of the two? In this clip from the latest episode of our Alpha series Talkin’ Toons, host Rob Paulsen welcomed the creators of the Disney animated series, Jeff “Swampy” Marsh and Dan Povenmire, to help recreate the most famous shakedown of an alien pretending to be a dog in film history.

Rob read for Will Smith’s Agent Jay, employing the voice of his character Throttle from the ’90s series Biker Mice from Mars (remember, Rob has basically worked on every cartoon ever), with Marsh fittingly reading for Tommy Lee Jones’ Agent Kay as Major Francis Monogram, leader of Phineas and Ferb‘s secret government agency, the OWCA. Subbing in for Frank the pug, who the Men in Black manhandled to get info out of in the first movie, was Povenmire as his character Dr. Heinz Doofenshmirtz.

Going to the big city to seek out secret aliens to find out where an entire galaxy has been hidden sounds like a pretty good plot for an episode of Phineas and Ferb. If you want to see the rest of this episode or more from Talkin’ Toons, they can only be found at our interactive online Alpha community.
