  1. I would really love to have a stimulating conversation with Radnor. He seems like I can connect with him on an intellectual level. Also, he’s just so sincere and humble. I love that!

  2. Andrea says:

Ahh!! I love euchre! I’m Tennessee born and raised, so it always surprises my friends from farther north when I mention it.
I’ve played with my best friends every time we get together since we were in Girl Scouts together. Night = made. Came for the interview, because I love HIMYM, but the euchre talk just made it SOOO much better 😀

  3. hannah says:

Extremely insightful and interesting. A lot of inspiring ideas and thoughts here. Radnor is a great actor and it’s really nice to hear his thoughts on the industry and process of creation, found it very useful being part of the broader creative world.

  4. Harvey says:

I’m embarrassingly unfamiliar with How I Met Your Mother, and by extension, Radnor himself. However, I found this interview to be one of the most insightful, informative and inspiring hours I’ve ever heard. I’ve just started my third listen through just to soak in the nuggets of knowledge.

  5. maru says:

Awesome interview! I didn’t know much about Josh Radnor (besides his role on HIMYM) but now I know how intelligent and thoughtful a person he is. Becuase of this interview, he is now on my “Celebrities I’d Love to Have a Conversation With” list.

  6. Josh says:

I know, right? What IS the deal with all those people who put comments on these comment boards?! It’s like, what are they thinking, you know? Sheesh, losers. Hey, wait a minute…

Great episode Riki! Josh was a very interesting interview — and I’m not just saying that because he has the same name as me. Love self-deprecating successful people, no matter the industry. Keep up the good work!

  7. GuanoLad says:

I played Euchre at High School. We called it 500 at the time, but it turns out we got the rules confused and were actually playing Euchre. Fun game.

  8. JE Smith says:

TUCKER & DALE VS. EVIL is an OUTSTANDING film, you should definitely rent it, Riki. 🙂

  9. On the subject of a stranger not liking your face: Sometimes people have a strong emotion attached to a particular face structure because it reminds them of the face of someone they encountered in the past. Perhaps Roger Prescott, who smashed cookies in 4th grade, or Tom Plantain, who gloated after kickball games. I believe it is like a super-segmented version of racism, a tendency to group people by the look of their face, skin, hair, height, teeth… anything.

  10. alex says:

I’m from Pittsburgh and I play Euchre!!

  11. Brodie Spears says:

Im from Ohio too! It’s so amazing to see someone who is such an amazing actor come from the same place I did….PS. I should play your cousin or something on HIMYM….that would be legen…..wait for it…..

  12. Kyle says:

The Movie from Sundance he cant remember is Tucker and Dale Vs. Evil.

  13. Hickspy says:

    SCHMOSBY! *punch*

  14. ZOMG!!!! I must download this now! Such a happy Tuesday! HIMYM is my favorite show! Josh Radnor is the perfect young Bob Saget….or is Bob Saget the perfect older Josh Radnor? I do not know but it both works very well for me!
