Let’s be honest, it’s pretty cool that this great news is coming just a month shy of Halloween season, but we’d wear makeup inspired by our favorite transvestite any day of the week. Now you can attend a midnight screening and, if you’re really good with liquid liner, maybe hide your Rocky Horror Picture Show virgin status. Maybe.

MAC Cosmetics announced the partnership yesterday and we’re already counting down the days to October 2nd when the collection hits stores and their website. It will feature lipsticks and lip pencils, an eye shadow palette, glitters and pigment, blush and powders, liquid eyeliner, lashes and more cosmetics that will make you the vampiest among your friends. Just look at the glitter! It looks gorgeous, and all of the signature bitten-lip emblazoned cases will almost definitely become collectors items down the line. There are even a few more subtle products in there if you’re absolutely set on perfecting your Janet look this Halloween.

Lou Adler, The Rocky Horror Picture Show executive producer, released a statement with the news that speaks to the movie’s history and continued relevance in 2014 – 40 years since it was originally released. “It is hard to believe it has been almost 40 years since we released The Rocky Horror Picture Show, but as we approach this milestone anniversary, the film is as outrageously entertaining and relevant as it ever was. It has certainly taken on a life of its own, and continues to transcend generations and hold a solid spot in pop culture year after year.”
