Luke Skywalker Gets Emotional in This STAR WARS Parody Video

It’s been a little over a month since Star Wars: The Force Awakens was released on Blu-ray. By now, most fans have gone through and watched the movie a few more times and delved into the special features. Behind the scenes footage, deleted and extended scenes, and exclusive interviews filled their screens for a few hours. What if I were to tell you that there was one more deleted scene that WASN’T featured on the Blu-ray?

Well, YouTuber David Unger has got your back. He’s made a parody video of the final scene and the confrontation between Rey and Luke (If we even have to talk spoilers at this point…*sigh*). Instead of being an intense staredown, the scene is now set to the Celine Dion version of “All By Myself.” Thanks to some clever video editing, Rey produces a microphone instead of a lightsaber, and we then get to see Luke participate in his own version of Lip Sync Battle. As he sings away, he thinks back to all the bad times he’s had, from not getting his power converters to Starkiller Base destroying five planets at once. There’s one thing I noticed he DOESN’T think about, though: Chewbacca getting screwed out of a medal in A New Hope. That Wookiee never catches a break.

You can check out more of David’s videos on his YouTube Channel here.

So what do you think? Is there another movie scene that should receive an over-emotional redo? Let me know on Twitter or sound off (dramatically) in the comments below.
