I would say that there are a number of dopplegangers in this episode, clearly being controlled by “numbskulls”.
I also have an inkling that Madame Kovarian is being controlled by “numbskulls” acting on behalf of a bigger bad. Davros?
No, he says ‘I’m trapped inside a giant robot replica of my wife.’ As far as what that means, and how it relates to Hitler? No effing clue.

I don’t think its River. Maybe I’m wrong, but isn’t river Caucasian and that new girl looked Black. (I would say African American, but I doubt she’s american ^^)
…but of course they could explain it with simply as “regeneration.” I guess being a different race isn’t as radical as a different gender (which is said to be possible).

Wow, those clips were incredibly confusing and awesome. Just like in the season premiere with the clip of them not being able to tell the Doctor he’s been killed, these intrigue me and I have no idea what to expect until I see them in context. Awesome!
Could be, that’d eliminate the issues with River aging while they have a “relationship” GOD DAMN IT! I DON’T WANT TO KNOW! I keep dragging my self in and reading stuff I promise my self I wont read. ARGH! The Doctor’s Camelion circuit circumvents my self control. ARGH!
