LA Weekly’s People 2012 Issue Features Nerdist’s Emily and Kumail

Well, willya look at this? Last year, LA Weekly featured our own Chris Hardwick as one of the “most interesting people in Los Angeles” for its People 2011 issue. And this year, the Nerdist streak continues: It’s the Indoor Kids themselves, Emily V. Gordon and Kumail Nanjiani, among the select list of dignitaries in the alt-weekly’s annual celebration of interesting locals, the People 2012 issue.

The article discusses how they met (cute, of course) and what they do at the weekly Meltdown comedy show at Nerdist Theater at Meltdown Comics, and you’ll fall in love with them all over again, even if the article doesn’t mention The Indoor Kids.  Read the article by clicking here.

Congratulations to Emily and Kumail, and let’s hope this introduces more people to their awesomeness.
